The staff we met was helpful! The free Wi Fi was handy.

The management does a fabulous job. It was nice to have balcony.

I felt very comfortable at Metro Apartments.And the staff were very polite and helpfull,

I was a bit disapointed about the view of the bus station, from our window but thats just luck i suppose, over all i enjoyed my stay and would stay at Metro apartments again in the future.

I liked hotel staff mostly, they were always helpful and kind. I could reach them whenever I need.

Sound of the road is directly coming into rooms, some big trucks always pass by the road in front of it to Jersey through tunnel and they always pass with great noise and sometimes they even wake you up. The only needing for this hotel is sound proof windows :)

The location near resturaunts and shops

The bathrooms were very outdated. Rooms quite dark. No service facilities on a daily basis. So no clean towels etc.

The studio was extremely clean, and comfortable, with a fully fitted kitchen, including cutlery/plates etc. large flat screen tv, and very comfotable beds, in each room.

just that when we arrived there was building work going on that we were not made aware of on the website.

The location was pretty much the only reason it was worth it.

My experience with the hotel staff on the phone before I got there was extremely unprofessional.

The room was recently renovated and nice. They provided a queen air materess for our daughter for no extra charge :) and the location was perfect for sight seeing.

The staff were nice, but fairly unorganised. The check out time was 10:30 which was a little too early.

Close proximity to Times Square. Excellent location for theatre district, Port Authority Bus Terminal, Circle line cruise pier, Times Sq, etc. Room appeared recently renovated. Very comfy bed and new bedding/curtains. Happy with fridge, cooker and microwave as this saved a lot of money on breakfasts. Power shower. Friendly porters who can point you in right directions for various attractions and foodstores. Great value for money.

Can be noisy due to Port Authority Bus Terminal. But hey, this is New York. Wherever you stay you will hear traffic!

Great location,2 minutes walk from Times Square and within walking distance of most attractions. Subway station on Times Square to travel to tourist attractions also. Nice restaurant around the corner for breakfast and evening meals instead of cooking in the apartment. Port Authority Bus Station 1 minute walk away, handy for shopping trip to Woodbury Common Outlets.

Situated behind Port Authority Bus Station,can be noisy at times but not a major issue.

I liked the privacy of staying in an apt setting in lieu of a hotel/motel.

Located too close to tunnel and port authority bus terminal. Very noisy place due to parking full of busses close to windows.

Most of the front desk staff were friendly. The apartment was spacious and appeared clean, with internet and tv included.

Didn't like our room view of the city, but it was fine. Would have liked soap and shampoo and a few more towels.

Lots of space, nice kitchen, everything was new. Clean and bright. Fixtures were new and all but shower stall were neat. Putty stains in stall were distracting but nice apt. Good quality linens.

Worst part was I thought I got a great deal from Booked.net for two nights but after receiving bill, I found a mandatory $50 cleaning fee added in and you had to clean up the apt. considerably before you left. Very few utensils in kitchen. Terrible location - right behind Port Auth. Bus Terminal - horrible bus traffic constantly, unsafe at night, right behind big homeless shelter and covenant house. Long walk to just about anything - too far on the West Side, tunnel to NJ arches right over top of you. Tons of pigeons all day and night just outside your window.

Metro Apartments is located close to the Time Square.

The Area where is it located doesnt look like safe. Its an area of Afro-Americans.
